1. Inserting hyperlinks (for example, in comments)
Type out the following (without the square brackets. I've inserted those only to kill the hyperlink from showing automatically in this post.)
<[a href="url">Displayname<[/a>
2. Using italics:
If you want to italicize a word, type <[i> before the word and <[/i> after it. Again without the square brackets.
3. Using bold letters:
The corresponding syntax is: <[b> and <[/b>
